AKATSUKA 赤塚
Akatsuka means “red mountain,” represented in the logo alongside the spectacled bear, an exceptional Andean animal, created with “kawaii” graphic style.
The restaurant’s proposal aims to be a fusion between both cultures,
using Japanese techniques and Andean ingredients.
Visually, it creates a fun atmosphere, using colors that identify Japan
and an emphasis on a pop and subtly psychedelic style.
In the mural, I wanted to tell, through different stories, a fantastic encounter between beings that personify diverse climates and deities that are glorified by the flavors of the combination of these two worlds.
